I've requested a pickup for finished components, but I haven't heard back. What gives?
Thanks for your patience. We’re mobilizing a huge supply chain, so it may take us a few days to get back to you. We’ll get faster as we refine our tools and processes.
How is pickup and distribution working?
If you have finished components to drop off, or would like to request a pickup, please fill out the form at the bottom of the Start Making! page.

Ventilator parts, PAPRs, masks, respirators, and UV cleaning devices are on our radar, but face shields are the priority right now.
